Beginner's Sewing Series - All Ages

Come with an idea of your project and any starter pieces (thrifted, secondhand, old clothes from your closet) you’d like to use! We will be demonstrating how to alter clothing to be transformed into costuming, utilizing size alterations, hemming, and draping techniques. We will talk about how to achieve different looks with different fabrics and working on costume pieces. All sewing materials provided, you should bring your own thrifted items to be altered. We reccommend having several thrifted pieces and several ideas to choose from.

For this class to take place as scheduled, we must have at least 3 participants. If we have not reached the minimum by 48 hours before the start time, the class will be cancelled and any ticket holders will be refunded in full.
